I have noticed in classes that I have been struggling to focus on what I'm doing therefore I have a reference to help me to focus and learn better and that is my learning profile. A learning profile is when you know which type of learning organs meaning your brain, hands, eyes, legs and ears best works for you and that you know what you can improve on your learning skills. There are also two hemispheres in your brain either gestalt(right) or logic(left), gestalt is when you see the big picture not take it bit by bit where as logic you go into small details. As you can look I have a picture of my learning profile and everything is colored on the right side therefore I'm a profile L.

My profile says that I learn best through movement and by focusing on the whole picture and that is true because sometimes in class time I move the pen, pencil in my hand to focus on what I'm doing in that time also I can learn best when I do different kinds of activities like lazy 8's and drawing on a piece of paper.
In my profile it says that I need to move but in a relaxing way so I can focus more on what I'm doing, and what that means is that in order for me to be more into the topic that I'm learning about
